Thanks for posting,,and wishes from Ga.,,,,I thought I had posted on both sites ,,,,I am felling Great,,The Minute the doc unclogged me and cleaned my carburetor I was good for another 100,000 miles,,,Full Throttle...
He put me on rest for 6 days,,, then go,,,,but slow down and take it easy,,yep ifslpbb,,I got to quit acting like a pup,,,I am a Big Dog now,,,
This was not my first rodeo,,,I felt it coming,,,and was fighting it off till later,,,But my body said lets go,,so I put an aspirin under my tongue and told Sherry let's go to see my cardio. Dr,,,not bad enough for ER,,,He ran tests in office,,,could not find anything,,,,I told him lets do a stress test ???
He said really??? I said YEP,,,or I going to ER and see ya at cath center..
I did a stress test and flunked,,,he rushed me to cath center and fixed me,,
He came out and told Sherry,,,,He was right again,,another stent,,he will be fine,,,,

| Found this on Budman's gun truck site, posted by Chester "Red" Israel: I have had a fluttering in my engine last thursday, and was put in hospital,,,and another stent installed,,makes four now,, I am home now recouping and doing well,,I will not make the Gathering at Fort Lee,,,but hope to be able to come to Petit Jean in sept,,,,I will try to get Calvin and Mike to meet me there....I will be in contact with Sammy and Camo Crew for next years Petit Jean,,,I regret that I will be slowing down on projects,,, I have a project of getting Bricks made for my crew of Satans Li'L Angel made for the walkway to memorial at the Fort Eustis Museum,,,and after that is done ,, I will be taking it easy. We have our hotel! The contracts from Fort Lee were finally announced yesterday and our choice of hotel has 73 rooms available to us. That’s not enough for our group, but there may be more as time gets closer and their contract rooms don’t get filled. I am looking for a good overflow hotel nearby; there are several. I just need to get up there and have a look at them. But if you want to be where the action is, register early!
The key words here are REGISTER EARLY! Cutoff date for group rate is 26 June 2012. No charges for cancellation after that date.

Reservations: We are registered as the GATHERING, ask for that and you’ll get the group rate of $70/night plus tax for double or king, and $90/night plus tax for queen suite. All rooms have room service, free Wi-Fi, 32-inch flat screen TV (42” in suites), microwave and fridge. Some whirlpool suites available (ask! They’re gorgeous!) There are 6 handicapped rooms and smoking and non-smoking rooms also.
Other perks: Free hot breakfast M-F 6-9AM, S-S 7-10 AM. Fitness center with sauna. Indoor hot tub area looking over courtyard pool with cabana and barbeque.
Baymont is about 30 minutes from Richmond Airport. No transportation available. Prince George is just outside Fort Lee and near Petersburg and Colonial Heights. Driving is easy –directions to come later.

Hotel offers a hospitality room (Magnolia Room) that can hold 100 people. We will use this for registration, sales, photo albums and such, food and so forth. We can lock it every night. They will have tables and chairs. No fridge available.
There is a courtyard outside the hospitality room with tables, chairs and ash trays, trash cans available to us (and others in the hotel). In that courtyard are also two barbeques available to any who want to use them. Pool available. On-site restaurant is available for dinner only, but they may consider opening up for lunch depending on the size of our group (they generally have no one there during lunch time but can staff if it we ask)
Parking is available for trailers, guntrucks and other vehicles.
